General Terms and Conditions
This contract is a distance contract pursuant to article 50 and subsequent of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n.206 (consumer code).
The contract relates to the sale of goods such as bottles of wine between the company Terre di Serrapetrona Società Agricola Semplice (Terre di Serrapetrona S.S.), Via Colli 7/8, 62020 Serrapetrona (Mc) Tax Code and VAT number 01918100437
and the consumer (the Customer).
The contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by a purchase proposal issued by the Customer by telephone or via the internet following the invitation to offer content on the site www.terrediserrapetrona.it
Terms of sale
The purchases of the products, available as illustrated and described online in the relative descriptive and technical sheets, are made by the customer at the price indicated on the site, at the time of forwarding the order confirmation, in addition to the transport costs, as displayed upon of the purchase.
Before confirming the purchase to the customer, the unit cost of each selected product will be summarized, the total cost in the case of multiple products and the related transport costs and the total VAT.
The prices of the products displayed in the catalog are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery of products
The purchased products will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer.
Always indicate a telephone number or e-mail address for any communications. (delivery time within 15 working days; barring complications not attributable to Terre di Serrapetrona S.S.).
Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers defined by Terre di Serrapetrona S.S. In the event of theft/loss, Terre di Serrapetrona S.S undertakes to send a new product and, should the same be unavailable and/or out of stock, it will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the customer's right not to accept this new one. product and request the issuance of a credit note relating to the product itself. Assuming that the carrier is appointed in any capacity by the customer, Terre di Serrapetrona S.S will not be responsible for theft / loss / loss / damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, delivery will take place during office hours: from 8.30 to 12.30; from 15.30 to 19.30, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday. The customer is required to verify that the package is intact and undamaged. Only after this verification will the customer have to accept the delivery. In the event that the package represents visual anomalies with respect to the above asserted, the customer must raise the dispute directly with the carrier, not collect the goods and send an e-mail to Terre di Serrapetrona S.S., writing to info@terrediserrapetrona. en Right of withdrawal The Terre di Serrapetrona S.S company guarantees the right of withdrawal for any reason from the purchase contract. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., specifying the order number and which products are subject to return, within 10 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions: 1) the purchased good must be returned intact, in its original packaging complete in all its parts (including the packaging and original documentation), better to avoid labels or adhesive tapes on the original packaging of the product; 2) in accordance with the law, the costs will be charged to the customer; 3) the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer, to whom we suggest to use insured or tracked shipments; 4) in the event that the package received presents visual anomalies or the goods arrive damaged, we will take care to promptly notify the customer (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods) to allow him to claim against the carrier appointed by him; in this case, the goods will be made available to the customer, who will be able to request their return and the request for withdrawal will lapse; 5) in the event that the goods are returned intact and according to the above conditions, we will reimburse the cost of the goods (net of shipping costs) by bank transfer 10 days after receipt of the return. For any dispute between the parties in this regard, the Court of the place of execution of the contract is competent.
