UNBIANCO

From approximately one hectare of vineyard of mixed rows of Pecorino and Sauvignon Blanc, we produce the only white wine in our range, in which all the strength of Pecorino from "Blue Mountais" emerges in the structure and alcohol content, enriched by the salinity of the soil and the acidity of mountain wines, and accompanied by the pleasant aromas of Sauvignon Blanc, enhanced by the night-time temperature excursions, typical of the Serrapetrona climate. The cryomaceration technique and resting on fine lees contribute to the wine's balance and persistence, which is as fresh as it is important. On the label, a detail of a Monet painting.
