Characteristics: ruby red with garnet highlights. Elegant and complex with notes of preserved plum and black cherries, withered flowers and a spicy finish of tobacco and cocoa. Soft and velvety, well balanced elegant and persistent
Food pairings: game, braised or stewed meat, roasted guinea-fow, white truffle, polenta and veal shanks
Advice: Serve in a Riedel Bordeaux 416/00 calice at a temperature of 18°C, ensuring that the bottle is opened at least an hour before or use a decanter.
