oak, 12 in bottle
Avarage alcohol content in: 14% ABV
Production: (average) 5.000 bottles
Characteristics: Ruby red with garnet highlights. Rich and
intense aromas of dried plum and black cherry, dehydrated
flowers and a finish of coffee and chocolate. Well balanced
sweetness, great finesse and persistence
Food pairings: chocolate dessert or with dark jam, blue and
long-aged cheeses
Serving recommendations: 14-16 °C. Open the bottle 1 h
before serving
