SOMMO

The most complete expression of appassimento. Sweet. Produced entirely from raisin grapes, it is only made in the best vintages, when the quality of the grapes is perfect. A harmony of aromas, from the primary scents of the grapes to the ripeness of the wood and the evolution of time, and a masterly balance between tannic texture, sweetness, acidity and structure. A true example of the idea behind it all: producing sustainable quality.
